Each of the four semesters has ten classes over twenty weeks; there are two semesters per year. Classes are held via Zoom so that everyone can interact with everyone else in a video environment.
The retreats are held one long weekend between semesters, and are offered in a hybrid setting: physical presence is preferred, but not always practical. There is no extra fee, but transportation and lodging must be arranged by the student. All efforts are made to reduce the cost and inconvenience to students.
In addition to the classes and the retreat, one-on-one sessions are held each month with each student to further their development and spiritual growth in their personal traditions. Additionally, students are paired together to form a study partnership to last throughout the four semesters.
In each term there is a primary focus, but all themes – Storytelling – Performative, Multi-cultural / Multi-faith Foundations, Spirituality / Mysticism, and Storytelling – Immersion – are touched upon in each term.
Classes are scheduled for Sundays from noon – 2 pm Eastern.
The specific content for each date may shift depending upon the availability of guest faculty. All classes are recorded to allow those who are unable to be present to still receive the material.
